View Full Version : No Joint Mobility warmup or Prasara Yoga cooldown program for TACFIT?

Hello,
Is there a TACFIT specific Joint Mobility warmup and Prasara Yoga cooldown program for each of the TACFIT programs A-z?

Also how many times is TACFIT supposed to be done per week? 2-3x?

I have TACFIT and it is perfect for what I need.
I plug it into a 4x7 doin Alpha on day 1, Bravo on day 2 day three is IF,
only and day 4 is IF and Prasara yoga.

All the thought that has gone into TACFIT is incredible. If you do IF daily and Prasara regularly you do not need spoon fed compensation routines.

TACFIT, heading into my 50's hard as a rock.

I was just wondering why TACFIT didn't come with a follow-along specific joint mobility warmup and prasara yoga program?

4x7 seem similar to TACFIT in terms of exercise selection (pull, press, legs).
I wasn't clear about which Prasara flow you use on a low-intensity day--
the flow from 4x7 to compensate for TACFIT? or something else?

just wondering if you include flowfit with your mention of prasara? it seems like a good solid flow that works well with many things.
