Hello,

I just downloaded the Bodyweight Revolution e-book and am looking forward to giving it a try. In a couple of weeks though I will be much busier and will be unable to workout at all on Wednesdays. Can the 4x7 formula be adjusted for that kind of schedule?

Thanks.

In a word: Yes. With 4x7, you can add more recovery days, but not more "work" days. It'd be good to get in some joint mobility on Wednesdays if you can.

I just want to make sure I understand.

Follow the normal schedule except that Wednesday will be an extra no intensity day and then pick where you left off on Thursday?

Yes. If Thursday's to be your moderate intensity day, go ahead with it. Or, if that would be your High Intensity day, you could repeat the moderate intensity to prime yourself for Friday as High Intensity, (which is how I might do it if that seemed to work better for me.)

The program will last longer than normal, but with focus on good technique you'll still get the benefit and the extra joint mobility won't hurt a bit! :)

Thanks for the advice.
