Since kicking the caffeine habit I really haven't been drinking anything other than plain ice water and the rare brewsky on the weekend. I'm finding that I feel a bit burned out halfway through my work day and after my clubbell practice. I hate fruit juices and pop, but would a carb drink like gatorade or powerade help? I know refined carbs aren't the greatest thing for you, but I'm wondering as to whether or not I am replenishing my glycogen properly?
