Hello Everyone,

Before I ask my question, I would just like to say that Body Flow is simply unbelievable. I know that everyone's experience with it is different. For me Body Flow = Freedom.
There is certainly freedom of movement, which I absolutely cherish because not only did i have the stiffest body ever but I thought that there was no hope. But there's something else, something I can't describe unfortunately. The best way to describe it I guess is a feeling that
everything is and will be alright.

And for that I would like to say Thank you Coach Sonnon.

And now for my question. I have BF the book and GTB videos and I would like to deepen my BF practice. Should I go with Maximology or BF videos?
Can someone tell me the difference between the two?
I know that the Max videos include clubell training but in terms of strictly BME what's the difference and is there a lot of overlapping?

Hello Angelo-

I had a very similar experience after reading Body-Flow. I would highly recommend the Body-Flow videos if you are primarily interested in BME. Maximology covers an extreamly large picture (BW exercises, BME exercises, Clubbell work etc.) where as the BF tapes spicifically cover BME and creating kinetic chains. Another plus of the BF tapes is seeing Coach Sonnon do some pretty crazy/cool stuff with his body :shock: !
