hello,
coach hurst, guess what? talked to coach haggard tonight. we will be (very soon) regularly training (several times weekly) the material on immovable, unstoppable!!!!!!!!!
figured as a judoka, you might appreciate this notion.
naturally, in the interest of incremental steps, we will train this material for 2 weeks. then we will both come to japan to challenge you to a judo battle. hahahahahaha! just kidding. just seemed like a good time to use the phrase "judo battle".
however, in order to keep it interesting, we WILL be using swords.
and grenades.
other than that... baby steps.
really looking forward to training with coach haggard. he is a nice guy and serious trainer.
any recommendations as to how much material to work on at once? is it better to break it up into sections (like the dvds)? or better to integrate more than one section at a time?
thanks
