I'm teaching in Westwood but I hope to sneak away and make a surprise visit. Brandon's the best boxing coach in the world for combative and mixed martial arts applications. Having trained with greats like the Russian National Boxing Coach, Petr Pashkov, no one understands the martial art of the box like our Coach Jones.

(I'm at breakfast but as soon as I get back to my laptop I'll give everyone an update on NYC, Chicago and LA. Three cities in 7 days and though I'll miss my students I'm looking forward to decompressing. Seven hours of training a day since December... So there won't be any beating on your coach if I can sneak over to see you at Flowfighting.)

coach sonnon, would have loved to have seen you at the seminar. you are correct about coach jones. his knowledge and experience are incredible. we are VERY lucky to have him.

so how did the cst-ish classes go today? would like to hear about that.
