Excellent! I highly recommend anyone within striking distance of this event to jump at the opportunity.

I've worked with Coach Larson many times over the past few years. I coached him at his first CST certification, coached him privately by remote when he was deployed to Afghanistan with the 82nd Airborne, and most recently he acted as my assistant at a Group Ex certification for Equinox Chicago. During that time I've watched him develop from a very quiet, modest and hard working CST Athlete into a fine Coach. I often use Jeff's work ethic as an example when coaching our CST instructor cadre.

I only recently met CST Instructor Dave Randolph at the last big IC seminar in Bellingham, but he immediately struck me as one of the hardest working guys in the room. He's been around the CST world for an awfully long time, and the Kettlebell world for even longer. He's got a tremendous amount of knowledge to offer. I hope you'll take advantage of it.

Given such a team, this is certain to be a well-organized, extremely rewarding event.

Well you guys missed a great workshop, but despite a low turnout it was a great time.
Thanks to Coach Jeff Larson for coming up from Ft. Knox to do the CST portion of the workshop.
