I just purchased a pair of the clubbells and the video that goes along with it. I also ordered the body flow book. I am interested in getting into better shape myself and would also like to see what you offer that may be of benefit to my patients during their rehabilitation while under my care. You have many programs to choose from it is hard for someone with no exposure to decide what is the best path to take.

I am interested in maximizing my martial arts skills but have always found that I get out of breath sooner than I would like when the going gets tough. I read your piece on Zdorovye health exercises and am very interested in them as well.

The clubbells and the body flow exercises sound like they are a good place to start. One of your representatives mentioned the warrior workout and the fact that there is a Chiropractor in the pacific northwest who uses those exercises for rehabilitation with his patients

What do you think? I am definitely going to use the clubbells and the preview of the body flow program sounds outstanding. I like the idea of incorporating pattern interrupt exercises to break the abberant neurological patterns that are present from years of dysfunction.

I think the Warrior Wellness series would be a good addition to a rehab program. I'm looking to get the set myself to help with some nagging aches and pains!

WW is the core Circular program. It's been demonstrated to me (skeptical by nature) to be rehabilitative way beyond its apparent simplicity. There's 2-3 years worth of discovery and sophistication in that one-hour series.

Have fun with the Clubbells, Dr. Chuck.
