charles fleuchaus, dc signing in and saying thanks for the responses. So the Warrior Wellness package are exercise protocols to be used with the clubbells? How is the Warrior Wellness package tied in with the Zdorovye health system?

Thanks

WW is an element of CST, unloaded range-of-motion exercises which are restorative to joint function and coordinative motor neurology. Generally, we'd want to be able to move freely and smoothly in all planes without weight before we do it with weight.

If you started Clubbells before WW, don't rush your Clubbell work (probably shouldn't anyway, though 'some of us' couldn't resist trying the most complex exercises when we first picked them up).

What size Clubbells did you get Dr. Chuck, and what ht/wt are you?

I bought the ten pound clubbells to start with. I weigh 180 lbs and am six feet tall. Thought it was best to begin with a smaller weight and work up from there, especially with the long lever arm design of the clubbells. I just received the tape and body flow book today and am awaiting the arrival of the clubbells. I haven't viewed the tape yet. I am sure it will be quite a workout. Thanks for the reply

10s are good Dr. Chuck... you'll quickly want 15s too... the progress curve is pretty steep (even for my size, 140#). Enjoy, and let us know how you're doing.
