Hello,
Thought I'd come to the source when it comes to working with the bruiser.
Basically I'm getting one of these baby's soon and was wondering what exercises you'd recommend that I follow with them - here's the catch it cannot impact my lower body too much.
Basically I was attacked by six males three weeks ago and as a result of the encounter the f**kers only managed to get one shot in with a doctored sharp, which has left me with a relatively large hole in my leg- four inches across and four inches deep under my left glute (stabbed in the ass who'd have thought it!) I'd love to start working with the bruiser on something but basically cannot risk the wound opening further (it is not stitched or closed over and will not heal for approx 15- 20 more weeks.
So if you'd be so kind as to suggest possibly three or four exercises it would be much appreciated.
Other than the bruiser my only exercises will be dips and chins both weighted and unweighted and possibly the odd bench press!
Kindest Regards
