I did a heavy kettlebell (32kg)workout last night and noticed that I have not had elbow pain in over a week. The only major thing I have done really different over the last 2 months is add in Clubbell work on a "practice technique" level 2 sessions a week and IntuFlow every day. I take it that it is the IntuFlow that has eliminated the elbow pain. This pain had really become a serious nuisance, but now it is gone. One other small fact. I am all the time get pops and cracks in my joints lately. I have never experienced this in the past, but in the last 2 weeks my wife and I both (who both do IntuFlow)have been getting lots of them. Interesting thing that. I am not sure if it is good or neutral, but there it is. One other item is that my Krav Maga practice has taken off. Many of my problems were mobility related, and in these areas I am developing powerful technique now (like with kicks). Currently I do intermediate IntuFlow, but I still do the beginner as a warm up for exercise and Krav Maga also. (this is because beginner is memorized well).

That's awesome progress. Great work!

As long as there is no additional pain as you experience all the pops and cracks I would take it as a good thing. You may be accessing an entirely deeper level of recovered mobility. Keep it up!

There is no pain at all, just the pops. It could be that this occurs when I access previously unused ranges of motion. For instance: When I started I could not move my wrist from side to side more than 1/8 inch, and that was with some weird pain, now it moves around 2 inches either direction. It will pop if I do this a couple of times. The back and ankles been popping lots. Thanks!
