Which of Scott's tapes would be best to invest in for someone who wants to train a bit when travelling? I'm interested in something I can do within the confines of your average hotel room and something that doesn't require one to have cat like agility and flexibility. I was looking at Warrior Wellness, but it seems geared more towards rehabilitation and recovery. I currently own Body Flow, but most of the exercise sequences require substantial space!!

I was doing a chain in my basement and ended up crashing into a barbell!!! Now when ever I try doing them, I'm always paranoid about hitting something!

Mike,

The Spinal Rock series done as a BWE program (especially Density style for endurance conditioning, or duration style for 'grinding' strength) is an excellent approach for the 'road-warrior'. Do back arches and bridges to offset the forward flexion with dorsal flexion.

Where can I find the spinal rock series?

Mike,
Also remember that unless there's an armed guard forcing you to stay in your hotel room, you have the entire earth right outside. All the space you'll ever need.

Mike,
I think I've been under somewhat similar circumstances lately, having limited space for working on my biomechanical exercise. I found many of the exercises in Grappler's Toolbox vol. 1.2 to be very helpful, because a good number of them are performed standing. I actually found this "constraint" to be a blessing in disguise, as I had not focused on these exercises very much. Now I feel like I have a greater appreciation for my movement from having spent time on different exercises.
However, only recently has Coach Jone's reference to going outside dawned on me. Soon enough I'll be back to doing the exercises in a nice open space... 8)
