Condolences to those who have lost those close to them.
For those that are unware, Victoria, Australia is having its worst bushfires in history. Last Saturday was the hottest day in history (46 degrees c in Vic) combined with extreme high winds and that was enough to torch large regions of the countryside (along with some suspected arson).
The previous worst fires 'Ash Wednesday' claimed around 70 lives in the early 1980s. The current fires are up to 180 lives and counting and whole towns are gone.
