I have 25s and Bruisers, and would like some input on adding some lighter CBs. Are the 20s "much" lighter than the 25s, or should I get 15s? My goals are crucifix work, and warrior be strongs for a decent number of honest reps (say sets of 15)...and the 25s are a bit much right now for those drills specifically. Thanks in advance.

I'd say go with the 15's. It's just an opinion, but the difference seems to be just about perfect. I have 15's, 25's and 45's and that selection works really well for me. I do wish I had tens quite often - fives too at times. On the whole, you'll be happy with whatever ones you decide on, but you'll still end up wanting them all. I know I do.

15's are probably the most versatile of all the clubs!! Can't wait to get my 15!

The 15's are the staple of every Knuckledragger's program which is why I use them for the most sophisticated drills such as "Catch" the beauty of CST is the ability to go deeper not just heavier.

Talk to you soon!

Couldn't have put it better myself. I think most people (myself included) have such fragile egos that the thought of using something as light as 15 lbs. makes us shake our heads. But like you said, CST goes deeper than traditional methods!
