Having used the warrior wellness exercises consistently for the last 3 months I'm wondering if there is any similarity to the prime your bionergy exercises, and if this is the next logical progression?

For me it provided a complement to the Warrior Wellness tapes. It seemed to afford a different perspective to joint mobility exercises.

Additionally, it has an explanation and demonstration of the Trinity Breathing exercises as well as an explanation of vibration training.

Great training tool.
