Last week was the first in a series of 5 articles describing just what you can achieve with CST in regards to complete body transformation in just 10 minutes a day.

The one month process, girl's data, theory, and commentary is covered in this 5 part series. Last Wednesday was the first in this series and will continue each Wednesday with the next article in the series. They are in Japanese but if you are interested check them out here:

Here is the article from my newsletter:

Decide Now To Live Lean and Live Well.
Many people around the world wake up each and every day dreading the fact that they have to go to work. I am not one of those people. I get to wake up and meet with people who are excited about wanting to make serious changes in their life. People who are tired of where they are in their life and have decided to be leaner, better, stronger, and more energetic. And what really makes me so happy to jump out of bed in the morning is that I am the guy they have chosen to help them make these important changes in their life. I can't tell you how thankful I am to all of them.
I have met with many, many people who have made some significant changes in their life. While I am happy to help, to be honest, it isn't me who is doing any of the work. With every single person that I have met that achieves amazing results, 100% of the end result is because they have put 100% effort into the process of getting those incredible results. Little by little, each and every day.
No matter where we are in our lives, if we put 100% of our effort into the little things that we do on a daily basis we can achieve amazing things better and in shorter time.
Think you can't do it? Well, I happen to KNOW that you can.
Let me give you an example of two of my clients from last month.
With the busy holidays, December is usually the worst time of the year to try and become lean and improve your lifestyle. Think of all the food, parties, shopping, and stress of getting things done before the New Year, and you can understand what I mean.
I was approached at the end of November by a particular Japanese online magazine that wanted to learn more about what I can really do. As you all know, I believe very strongly in what I do (CST). I also believe in the power of a person when they have the certainty, desire, support and resources to know that they WILL succeed. I believe in this so much that I didn't think twice when I was asked to create a program that would create a great body in 28 Days done for only 10 minutes a day that could be done in toilet. Yes, in a toilet. And toilets in Japan are small! You see, the target audience for this particular online magazine is young office women who sometimes don't have the time nor energy to exercise. Only the time to exercise in the toilet during their hectic day. How's that for a challenge!
Now let me tell you, when I first saw pictures of the two girls that were chosen from a long list of volunteers for this new program I was a tiny bit concerned. However, when I met them face to face I knew that they were going to be great. Just the fact that they volunteered not knowing anything about me showed some serious character. Right away I told them that it wasn't going to be easy. One wanted to lose body fat and the other wanted to add some muscle and improve her posture. However, no matter the goal, their desire to get better during the busiest time of the year was solid. This really made my job a heck of a lot easier. The desire to get results.
After one month of meeting with me once a week and doing less than 10 minutes of movement everyday that can be done in the space of a toilet these two young women completely changed their bodies. But it wasn't just their bodies that they changed. They changed their entire lives! Because they stuck to their goal and followed their desire to be leaner, stronger and better they have proven to themselves that they can accomplish ANYTHING that they commit to. No matter how crazy the world around them may be!
And so can you. Decide what you want to accomplish and create the desire. A desire that makes you wake up each day excited about achieving your goal. A desire, a need so strong that you can't afford NOT to accomplish it. Back that up with a solid plan and you will succeed. Period.
Every week I met with these two wonderful young women they were weighed and measurements were taken. There was even a pro there to take photos of them that will appear this month as a feature in GirlsTalk.jp online magazine. However, I just can't wait to share with you the amazing results that THEY, not me, THEY created by having the desire to follow through with their goals in just 10 minutes a day.

A 10-minute routine that could be done in a cramped toilet cubicle? Wow, and I thought I was weird for doing Intu-Flow® in a toilet!

I'm curious, Coach Hurst - what exactly was the routine?

I'm another strange one, I too have "toilet flow"
I use a simple six degrees of freedom routine to massage and tone the internal organs for elimination.

spinal waves for heave and surge and pitch
lateral side bend for sway and roll
twists for yaw
seated helix for full integration

Uh, Joseph,

Think you mis-understood. My 'flow' wasn't for 'that' flow...

James,
The exercises for this will be posted this Wed on the GirlsTalk home page. :)
