The only possible problem I'm seeing in my WW is....
My left shoulder. It seems to have a lack of movement in one position. When doing rotations having difficulty getting it to move in that one spot. It would be exactly the same spot if you were to reach over the top to scratch your back. Just reaching back to scratch my back or neck is just fine. But when doing the joint roatations. Something seems to bind up or get in the way? Right shoulder is fine. Just keep working on the rotations?
One other question. When doing the spinal flex. Where you push down on your hips with your hands. Then reach down between your legs... Now when I go back and pushing on my hips to get the most bend backward.... Is it ok if I try to look back and downward to gain more movement? An upside down view. :)
Otherwise am doing good. Still get a little cracking at the top of my spine in my head. I know it shows I'm stupid. :)
Am about to start getting into my Clubbells. Just mainly to work on grip and get used to them.
I am hesitant to start them though. I can feel my freedom of movement a whole lot more in my legs and hips. Mostly because I've been doing much more of that with the running. Like one other said to me: You'll know. Maybe I can work on grip and fool around a little. But really should hold off till the rest of me feels like my legs. Have noticed with the KB's and DB's that I can feel awfully stiff and achy. Then do WW and all of a sudden I feel good.
BTW: I did notice last night. First time I've done any joint rotations while looking in the mirror. Doing the ankle rotations I couldn't help but notice the extreme amount of muscle movement in my knee. Impressed me.
