Hey guys, i've just started the beginner level of intu-flow and although i'm nowhere near up to the higher levels, i had a flip though them.
It was very intresting to see how the levels are built upon and come together. I was just wondering about the full neck circular rotations in the intermediate level.
I was always brought up thinking these damaged the nerves in some way, is this just an old wives tale?? Or should they be preformed in a certain manner such as really really slowly and relaxed?
Thanks for any help.

I guess the simple answer is: NO. Intuflow will not damage you in any way (unless you push too hard). From what I've seen some people get blood pressure issues (based on the baroreceptors in the neck) if they do some movements with too much effort). I suspect a lot of conventional fitness info comes from people who have studied medical textbooks without having actually applied the knowledge. Seriously, you cannot go wrong with Intuflow if you follow the intuitive training principle.

The important thing to remember is to build up to them incrementally. For me, it was 5 weeks of concerted, consistent daily practise of the basics before letting myself attempt the intermediate level.

The Intuitive training protocl is gold for avoiding injury and strain.
