I've been around the old forum since it was the new forum a couple of years ago. Huge fan of Scott's material and consider myself immensely privileged to know a man such as himself. I'm a martial artist (Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu) and an AP geek (taking as many courses as I can on exercise and fitness, resistance training, fitness instruction etc.) mainly, and also a news junkie :twisted:
Anyhow great to have a place where a bunch of likeminded people can get together for a headshed
