Folks,
Please join Coach Sonnon and I for three challenging but rewarding days of CST training in Motala, Sweden May 1st to 3rd.
This will be the first full CST Instructor certification seminar held in Europe.
Currently certified CST Instructors who wish to try for CST Coach, or Coaches who wish to try for Head Coach can do so here.
The seminar is of course also open to those who simply want to experience the full transformative health and fitness experience that is CST. You don't have to be aiming at the Instructor cert to attend. Everyone is welcome.
