Fibonacci training

Still not really understanding how the Fibonacci sequence relates to training, I've been chasing down archives of the CST magazine that treat on this relationship. Unfortunately, they seem to have disappeared. Does anyone have archives from way back in 2006?

Look for a little out of print book called Consistent Winning on amazon. It's all about Fibonacci applied to training.

Do a few cycles with their method, then go back and try a few 4x7 cycles. You'll gain a visceral appreciation for why I wrote that Coach Sonnon's 4x7 method goes beyond Fibonacci into the next evolution.
