View Full Version : free to move
Hello all, I have been doing intuflow for quite some time now and have been experimenting on my own and it has evolved over time into somewhat of an extended version, some moves i feel are all my own, and some i have borrowed and modified. Would you say that Free to Move takes it to the next level?

Rhi, I highly recommend you get the "Free To Move" Book. Rather than taking it to the next level, what I experienced was a deeper understanding of Intu-Flow and mobility exercise which has enhanced my practise. I also learnt that emotional trauma manifests in our physical body affecting the mobility of the specific area related to that emotion and how by mobilizing that area we are able to release the emotion and associated trauma.
Reading about Coach Sonnon's journey which lead to his discovery of mobility exercise and the development of Intu-Flow is fascinating and inspiring.

Newbie here, having done Intu-Flow for about three weeks now. Despite some strength challenges from an autoimmune condition, I can get through all of the moves except quad hops and spinal rock. I started with the Intu-Flow videos at YouTube then bought the DVD.
Recently, I found Coach Sonnon's videos from the Ageless Mobility presentation at the Arnold and it was a light-bulb moment. It takes some time to watch the series but it really has helped me to understand the Intu-Flow moves in better detail. It's a wonderful addition to the DVD and Free to Move.
The series starts here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FAHGmwhAHVo) and has 5 parts.
Thanks, Coach, for making this effective program easily available.
does Free to Move have any new movements or movement patterns ie figure eight, etc not included in Intuflow?

hello,
rhi, in very very very generalistic terms:
intu flow dvd says "how"
free 2 move says "why" or "how the how works"
no doubt intu flow is effective, but the book is for those looking to deepen their understanding (in technical terms) of their own daily practice.
thanks
