Question about "Movement Health" tapes

Simply put, what is on them? How do they differ from the WW and Zdorovye tapes? Any breakdown or descriptions would be appreciated.

Movement Health was an approach put together a few years ago in the hopes of helping older folks get started. If you have Zdorovye and Warrior Wellness, I suggest Body-Flow instead of MH.
