This seminar is being offered up as an "extra" seminar. I'll be conducting another in the area, in which the slots have all been filled. Since a few people had expressed dissapointment that they were unable to attend the other seminar, Will is offering up this opportunity.
If you're interested, let him know ASAP.
The seminar will cover...
* Basic Flowbox Fundamentals.
-Tool development.
-Defense/Offense.
* Refining striking skills to specifically address the MMA environment.
* Increasing punching power and efficacy.
* Introduction to "ring generalship".
If you're interested, contact Will Chung as soon as possible and we can make this happen.

i want to selfishly encourage anyone that lives within the drive-able vicinity of this seminar (1-5 hours)& has even the mildest of curioisities regarding how CST movement & conditioning protocols marry up with combat sport/MA training to GO! selfish because i'm flying in from atlanta & if there aren't enough attendees, then no seminar & believe me, you'll miss out & by extension, so will i.
consider this a polite command.
do the simple math: $175/8 hours of training comes out to just under $22 per hour under the direct & very personal guidance of the rmax head coach - a man possessing decades of experience in traditional MA training as well as combat sport training of every rugged sort - now completely responsible for the development & promulgation of FlowFighting®.
<Coach Jones, natch>
buddy up, save on gas, hotel, bring a tent, camp out on a lawn somewhere & roast tofu weenies if you have to, but GO!
That's right - i said 'promulgation'.
this is the closest i've ever come to a public fanboy rant & i'm 45 years old. i'm somewhat embarrassed, but definitely sincere.
help him help you help me.

Thanks for the recommendation, Patrick.
Maybe i'm biased, but I agree with you.;)
To be clear though, while Flowbox is my baby, it is merely one of the delivery systems which make up the totality of Flowfighting. Flowfighting as a whole, is the product of the entire Faculty, all of which bring their specific areas of expertise to make Flowfighting what it is.
In addition, each "piece" of the puzzle of Flowfighting is governed by an over-arching protocol, mutually designed and implemented by Coach Sonnon and all the Faculty Coaches.
It's a team effort for sure.
Thanks again for the kind words, Patrick. Much appreiated.

May I please have a roll call for those who definitely want to attend.

I definitely want to attend, but my (military) schedule often doesn't allow me to plan things the way i'd like to. This past week, the chances of attending Flowbox have started to look better... at the same time, my chances of attending the CST and TACFIT seminars in August have quickly dropped to about zero. In another two weeks, who knows...

I definitely want to attend. It's a bit of a schlep, and I've got to see if it can be made to fit into my schedule, but I'd like to be there.

Due to Head Coach Jones' incredibly busy schedule this event will be cancelled. We will reschedule again for a later date. He will be in town the first weekend in August for a pre-booked to capacity Flowbox seminar. If anyone would like to be placed on a waiting list on the slim chance there is a cancellation, feel free to contact me directly at williamchung@comcast.net. Best wishes to all and a great summer.
