I am considering starting Intu-Flow advanced today. I think I am ready because my technique for all intermediate exercises is an 8 or higher. Who else has done this level of it? What benefits did you perceive?

There's the key. But remember, you don't have to plunge into the next level on every exercise. You can incrementally add the more sophisticated exercise in the areas you feel most comfortable with first.

The benefit of progressing to a more advanced level is in the magic of Increasing Sophistication. CST isn't just about doing more quantity, but constantly increasing the quality of the movement. So by bumping up the sophistication on your Intu-Flow practice, you aren't simply continuing to reap the benefits of improved joint health and mobility, you're also retaking the movement palette that you "should" have but which has been suppressed by our modern lifestyle.

Good luck with your next step. Keep us posted...

Cheers,
Adam

I was planning on learning each move individually and not approaching it like a whole session as I did with beginner and intermediate and phase it in as suggested. I watched the advanced on the DVD for the first time last night...actually it is the first time I opened the DVD case (I have owned it for months now) since the beginner and intermediate have been so generously placed on youtube. Quality of movement is my goal as I am now definitely within the range of motion that is normal for most humans. I had a few deficiencies that I feel have been addressed. So, now I am "normal"...hopefully I can become "super normal" in time.

I bought the Prasara yoga disc this week. I have read the Prasara yoga book 3 times and I was very impressed with the information inside. This will be my next project, but I want to further refine my motion first. I am in no hurry and this may take time.
