When I received my Clubbell a week ago accompanied by the video, I had no real framework for building a program, just the advice from coach Hadden to 'Grease the Groove', never goto failure, focus on the basics and enjoy. I've just recieved the book looking to create a program, but right now, I simply don't want to!

I work alot from home and just having my 15lb badboy by my side means I can pick it up ANYTIME, practice a few drills, crush it to death and ENJOY. After only one week, I'm addicted to it and for the first time ever training has become something that weaves its way into every facet of my life, rather than planning 3 or 4 sessions down the gym.For anyone just starting out - I know I'm in no position to advise (just yet) but go forth and develop a love affair with the beast!

As for gains in strength - My grip strength alone feels phenomenal - and when I nailed 10 Mills I was feeling like the king of the world! More importantly my shoulders seem to sitting in a better position - I'm convinced circles are re-engineering my body - posturally I'm feeling awesome.

I am excited beyond belief to think that one day I'll be crushing 25lbers. This really is the most exciting discovery I've made in along time. Julys certification cannot come too soon.

Mike,

Good work. What kind of program do you intend to follow? Also, your profile lists you're an author. May I ask what you've written?

Hi Coach.

First of all, thanks for a great video and book and EVERYTHING else that goes with CST. 1 week in and I'm hooked. I can't wait to get into maximology, be breathed and the rest of the conditioning tools

I'm not planning any type of program at the moment because I'm still only half way through the CST book (got it today) and haven't gained enough knowledge. My main aim is developing perfect form and to keep GTG so in July I can demostrate competence in teaching and technique... I don't know if 2 months is enough to qualify as a CST coach, but I'm quietly confident I can make the grade.

As for my book. It is currently called 'Raw Perfection', but is in the process of an overhaul. It covers a variety of areas that initially delves deep into the fundamentals of raw food nutrition from chlorophyll rich foods, 'live' sprouted foods, juices etc. through to food and hormone response, the devastating effects of continual stress, mind technology for peak performance and mental rejuvination, exercise and longevity. I'll bring you a copy in July. You'll love it!

Thanks again Coach, I'll keep you posted on my progress. I'll set more specific goals once I feel confident with the basics.
