We're pleased to announce the first CST seminar in Eastern Canada. We're runing two seperate programs on two consecutive days:
Saturday July 18th, 2009 - Introduction to CST
A thorough introduction to all 3 Rings of the CST system, suitable for total newbies and more experienced practitioners. The day's curriculum will include:
a top to bottom Intu-Flow session, with guidance on how to progress with your joint mobility practice from recovery to coordination to refinement
FlowFit - you'll learn one full level of the program and experience a workout, so you'll be able to take it home and start your practice the next day
CST Bodyweight Exercise - we'll explore several movements, put them into a circuit, try a workout, and look at how to program CST BWE into your own training
Prasara Body-Flow Yoga - we'll end the day with a deep Prasara session to release the tension we've accumulated throughout the day, and participants will be able to take home a top to bottom compensatory flow that they can immediately phase into their personal practice
- Bonus - breakout Clubbell workshop - we'll introduce you to this useful tool and learn a couple fundamental Clubbell exercises
Seminar runs from 9am to 5pm. Early registration is $100 before June 18th, or $125 after.
Sunday July 19th, 2009 - Introduction to TACFIT
Participants will be taken through 6 unique TACFIT workouts to gain first hand experience of how the program trains the body's energy systems, increases recovery rates between bursts of effort, and builds real world functional conditioning with a purpose.
This is an amazing opportunity to experience what, until very recently, the RMAX Faculty has reserved for it's military, tactical and government clients. Please see the TACFIT site for more info on the program and its benefits http://www.rmaxinternational.com/tacfit/
This very intense seminar runs from 10am to 3pm. Early registration is $100 before June 18th, or $125 after.
Location: Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada
Contact: Matt Barnes, CST for further info MatthewBarnes@CSTCoach.com
Hope to see you there! :)
