Nice work, Coach.
I like the parallette work looks like it would help me.
Keep the clips coming!

Bill,
Thanks for your support. You can use hexagram designed dumb bells if you don't have parelette bars for the drills I demonstrated.
Paul,
It is my pleasure sharing. You will be seeing more and more training clips in the future.

Coach Tran,
I have a question on the long cycle.
At the end you where doing asymetrical rack positions alternating. Is this to challenge the lateral line so that when deviation occurs you are better prepared?

This is done to get more air into your lungs, have more energy, and rest the bells on top of your structure more efficiently in the rank position. It is done when you start to get tired. I started to do this because I saw I was close at the end of my time set. Moreover, I think my "steel wrap in cotton" kettlebell series was very important in my own KB athleticism. It helped my rack position and pre hab my lower back. Thanks for watching.

Interesting, makes sense.
I have been playing with some breath work that may be good compensation for the compresion in rack. The concept is to breath with the back body, the serratus posterior superior for inhalation and the posterior serratus inferior for exhalation. Keep the front body as neutral as possible while the back body works with the diaphram. It feels counter intuitive at first because the the tendency is to compress the front body to assist the bellows action. When you find the back lower ribs pressing forward the heart stays open.
I'd be interested if this would be a benifit to kettlebell sport compensation.

Joe,
Test it out and see if it works or not.
