Hi.I herniated a disc a couple of years back and have had 3 spinal injections to help with the inflammation.Preferably I was wondering what kind of food therapy I could use with the intu-flow protocols I am using at present.
Is there anyone else in the same boat

LOTS of people are in a similar situation; I train some of them. Others see me for bodywork. ;)
The short answer is that you really should have this conversation with a registered dietician, naturopathic physician, or other health professional specializing in nutritional therapies. Trainers can give some basic nutritional guidelines for healthy eating habits, but formulating a specific nutritional regimen in response to a medical situation is beyond our scope of practice and beyond the scope of these forums.
Find a qualified health pro in your area and make an appointment. I've seen people get incredible results when they get the right personalized guidance, myself included. :)
