It looks great - all the links worked - just one quibble: it could use photos of you & Genella, maybe with a couple clubbells, for "atmosphere".

Thank you Jeanne, I feel that the photo of the kid diving into the leaves symbolizes the mobility, agility and resilience which many of us are aiming to achieve in our physical bodies. The focused care-free and fearless state in our minds, and ultimately the nourishment and energy which our soul receives from practising CST!
