Got my new CST manuals yesterday. Excellent publication quality - overall design, pictures and layout.

I previewed, read and reviewed each manual last evening. I must admit, I was originally most interested in CST Core Cadre. Coaches Szolek and Sonon maybe two of the best reasons after 40+ years of weight training that I put the iron in the yard sale pile.

This morning I performed Mobilized Strength - Weighted Slow & Smooth Protocol. Finally used the CBs 5# I brought for my wife. As Coach Sonnon says SIMPLEXITY. My internal awareness took yet another step forward, and I thought after Freedom By Degree "that was all there was!" Coach Chomycia did an outstanding job on his first RMAX publication. I was impressed with his insight beyond exercise discription. I was intrigued with Coach Chomycia's four phase protocol.

Kudos to Coaches Szolek and Chomycia.

Hi Paul,

I will be recovering from an injury soon and have made it my mission to not overtrain and to "injury proof" myself. I was extremely interested by Mobalized Strength but wanted to know if it was just a Warrior Wellness program with 5lb Clubbells or if there is enough depth to warrant the purchase. If you could write a little mini-review I'm sure many of us could benefit from it.

Thanks,

I wouldn't mind a little mini-review either if it's not too much trouble.

Guys,
I had the opportunity to do an editorial once-over of the two manuals. I have yet to see half the amount of useful information in something twice the price. Its a steal! Get the manuals and look forward to an endless horizon of discovery. If RMAX had a money back policy, they'd never pay out, believe me! Get the manuals!!! :!:

I have read them both too and there is a TON of stuff in there.

On the Mobilized Strength side it is obvious that Coach Dan has worked every inch of all the nuances of weighted DROM, and there are hints n tips that it would take me personally forever to discover - all collected in the book already. Plus now I know what funambulist means.

On the Core Cadre Curriculum. It is really dense masking in a readable, stepwise presentation. If you think of the difference between a single article on double-density in CST mag compared to the OCS book, that is how different the CCC is from the collection of stuff here on the Forums and in the mag. Coach Szolek done da work man.

OK, my interest is piqued. I just ordered "Mobilized Strength" by Coach Chomycia. It should present a natural progression from the regular Warrior Wellness program that I've been following for the last four months.
