I found myself on the loosing end of a collison with an 18 wheller last week. I have some moderate back and neck pain and an old lumabr herniation that has been reaggrivated. Prior to this I was using Intu Flow daily and going though the posture plus program 3-4 times a week. My focus has been over coming low back and hip restrictions.
My doctor has authorized stretching and I was thinking about using the posture plus mobility and daily 8, dropping the strength routines for now. Anyone have any recommendations? I am hoping to minimize my downtime as I was getting great results this year.

Sorry to hear about your accident! :( It sounds like you have the right idea - focus on pain-free mobility first, and stay in touch with your health care professionals. Focus on the technique of the movements you use in your training, and pay close attention to your RPD, keeping it at a 3 or less as much as possible. Stop what you are doing and consult your medical pro if any symptoms start to escalate, or if new symptoms pop up.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery!
