Hi guys, I just recieved scrappers mod1 today it looks awesome.
I spoke to him yesterday and he advised me to quit the weights for a few weeks when I start using the mod1.
That will have to wait for just over a month while I study for exams, but after that it's on!!
So I think doing the workout#1 on disc 3 and also doing the warrior wellness, will get me into good muaythai shape when my knee's stop playing up.
I'll be also checking out Scott's article about the "big four" he talks about a couple threads down, and that might prompt me to save up and buy the maximology series.
So any pointers from you guys about adjusting my training with these new workouts i'll be doing soon?
