View Full Version : I'm simply in sophisticated amazement

Wow, I just checked out the free video clips on the maximology page because someone recomended the screw up.

I just looked at the rest of the clips and they are amazing!!

I've never seen anything like that before, anywhere.

Are these exercises exclusive to the maximology series or are they included in body-flow?

I would love to be able to move like that, and i'm sure that being able to do so would add quite some few years to my life.

Can anybody else apart from Scott move like this?

Scott and anybody else who can move like that, how long did it take for you to reach that level of sophistication?

I can't imagine ever being able to move like that, but if it is a possibility then i'm gonna try damned hard to be able to do it.

Your thoughts guys

Thanks

Ed,

Check out the video clips at www.rmax.tv/kinetic.html for more free previews of Body-Flow Kinetic Chains.

All of the CST Head Coaching Staff display superb movement: Doug, Dan, Brandon, Jorge - each of them in ways uniquely better than I can move. Hosts of other experienced CST practitioners display incredible movement proficiency, as well.

Just explore YOUR movement, deepen your daily practice and be diligent to one cycle at a time beginning to end. Resist the temptation to do something else until you complete a cycle of exploration. Your issue has never been one of enthusiasm, Ed, but of consistency.

Great, thanks a lot! i'll check out the clips now.

I will consider your advice carefully, and I think it is time to get serious with training, especially as i'm going to be in the proffesion if all goes to plan.

Thanks a lot!

Just checked them out.

Again, very impressive.

I am wondering whether to go for maximology or body-flow.

Both look very good.

I didn't read much of the body-flow text because i'm feeling really unreceptive as i've been doing maths all day and my brain is fried.

I read I think all of the maximology text before aand the power producing effects really attract me, can these benefits be got from body-flow as well?

Thanks

Ed,

If your focus is on movement then get both the Body-Flow Book and Video you will have all the material you need to be working for a long time.

Talk to you soon!

Aha, I just looked at a couple of threads here asking the same question and also the table of contents of body-flow.

I think body-flow it is!!

Would it be a good idea to get the book first while I save up to get the video's, or just go straight to the video's?

Thanks again!!

Thanks Coach Chomycia, didn't catch your post in time before my last post.

That's settled then!!

Thanks!!

Ed,

Save up for the Body-Flow videos, and just read all of the threads archived in the forum, especially the Musings section.

Those guys are impressive, but believe me...we all are not there yet. I cannot move as fluid and "fear reactivity" free as most coaches, but I can move better than I could a month ago, and a month before that and so on.

Seeing such incredible movement inspires me to move better than I could, yet I'm patient and realistic in my goals.
