I was just over the Gripboard and reading some posts and some of the guys were talking about there injuries, etc. One guy blew out his pec nail bending etc. Our ego's get to the best of us sometimes and we push our bodies to much.
Noticing how you did your 3 week overreaching back arch program was a real smart thing to do to allow your body to recover better and aid in your overall training to allow you to keep training hard and keep training threw the years.
I have had injury myself over the years, but never that bad. I just got back from a strained tendon in my forearm from nail bending. I am fine now, though.
Just throwing out some things to think about training...really important to cycle your training, so to be able to keep training hard threw the years.. :D  :P
