hay, I finshed my start up on GPP for the CRT (crisis reponses team) and I think, I took a little to much time off. Monday (5-10-04) I lifted dead lifts 225lbs at 3sets of 5reps, squated 200 lbs. at 3sets of 5reps. Funny thing I forgot what a power snatch was at the gym so I didn't get to those. Good thing too. then the tread mill for 10min. streatched out and headed home. get to much else that day had a late mothers day pinic with the family. then tuseday I got up and man stiff. then today a little tender but recovering nicely. I took today off to recover and I'll lift friday. work up to do a split workout. but I'm going to head to the gym to hit the tread mill. will thats about it. oh yeah I been lying down some markers in my garage for footwork drills. I'll be doing those for 10-15 mins daily. By the way I'm 5'06" at 200lbs. about 18-20% body fat. Well got to go.

well finshed the workout today went better than monday.
Benchpress 150lbs at 3sets 5reps.
power clean 150lbs at 3sets 5reps.
push jerk 135lbs. at 3sets 5reps.

rpe 8 rt 10 avrg.

did some looking around and got a body fat test wow 21.9% weight 200.
started proformance diet.
