I experienced my first training session for circular strength training today under the tutelage of Randell Waddell in Brisbane, Australia. It was a great work-out both physically and mentally. These techniques would complement our use of the Rock and Water program in our junior Health and Physical education classes. They also would be valuable for our extension sport classes and other extra-curricular sport activities. As a Head of Department of Physical Education we are looking to incorporate these activities into our curriculum. I am looking forward to working with both Randell and Richard Allan in Brisbane.
Thanks Randell.

It was a pleasure to train Jason last night - three and a half hours flew past in a flash.
Like Richard, he is a very capable athlete in his own right, has a tremendous brain, will listen inside his body and ask questions, and will explore his body flow.
Like Richard, if he ever decided to commit to and got right into CST, he would also make a superb instructor.
It will be interesting to see his take ( and how it evolves ) on the CST, as we introduce it to more of the targeted student groups in the school.
Cheers
Randell :D
