Hi there
I'm new to CST and just feeling my way. Because I had a prior interest in kettlebells, I purchased the Kettlebell Foundation DVD.
To what extent is the WarmUp on the Kettlebell DVD a proxy for IntuFlow? I intend on buying the IntuFlow material in due course but was wondering if in the meantime I can spend time on the K'bell warmup as a way of learning IntuFlow and practicing joint mobility?
Or maybe the k/bell warmup routine is more specific to k/bell practice than as a regular joint mobility session?
Many thanks
Richard

The KB warmup routine is part of the IntuFlow syllabus and specific to the needs of KB lifting. There are some exercises in there that are unique to the video, but the IntuFlow series itself contains a whole lot more exercises and spends a lot of quality time treating on the entire concept of IntuFlow in-depth.

I second what James said. While the KB dvds expose you to the three wings of CST, the mobility and compensatory parts are just a sampling of those wings.
I intend on buying the Intu-Flow material in due course but was wondering if in the meantime I can spend time on the K'bell warmup as a way of learning Intu-Flow® and practicing joint mobility? So to answer your question - Yes, I would recommend you spending your time, until you get Intu-Flow, doing the KB mobility and compensatory programs, if you don't have any medical reasons you shouldn't.
While specific to KBs, they would definitely be beneficial in and of themselves. But when you delve into the full blown programs (Intu-Flow and Prasara) you will have a much better understanding of why you are doing what you're doing and their true depth and breadth.
I personally started with and would recommend getting the full Intu-Flow with the Extention program & mini Clubbells as this takes the mobility to the next level and will give you a glimpse into the benefits of the third wing of CST.
Enjoy your CST journey! I have.
