Hello, I'm in the midst of a Bullwhip Density Cycle and, over time, my form has "evolved"...at least I hope it's evolved rather than devolved. First, I was pausing in Order after the Arm Cast, before launching into the Pendulum. Then, as I smoothed out the movement, I launched directly forward into the Pendulum from the Arm Cast, with no pause in Order. Now I've picked up the pause in Order again (because I felt maybe I was "supposed" to) but it is very brief, before I launch forward into the Pendulum. I thought maybe this launch from Order to Pendulum was important, but now I'm not so sure. I am wondering if launching the Clubbell directly into the Pendulum from the Arm Cast is okay/better/worse than pausing in Order betwixt.

Thanks!

Robert,

There are benefits to stopping in Order. However, one of the most important benefits of CST is learning to 'sophisticate' your movements. Allow yourself to make the movements more efficient. You'll discover some high-priority outcomes as a result.
