thought that i should post a review on the uk cst seminar i have been lurking here on these forums for a long time now but it was not till earlier this year that i took the bullet and drove to london for some live coaching that skyrocketed my personal performance. with this in mind i signed up for the uk seminar which for me was a real deal as i dont spend money without a good deal of thought. The seminar breaks up pretty well into the 3 days almost like a low med high cycle on your 4*7 the first day is a lot more mentally challenging as you are having to apply cst speak and analysis to movement but it soon becomes almost second nature as at the end of the three days i caught myself blabbing away in a set of nomenclature i had only started to speak three days ago In the second and third days the work really began and the little bits that you only get from live coaching really started to take affect. One of the biggest leaning points for me was the application of compensatory movements and how in my mind this is what really sets cst aside. The coaches were excellent and set the bar for where we need to go in our own personal practice they have been there and this transfers well into there coaching for example i saw coach lindbloom doing neck rolls after the second day and mentioned that i just did not get it one touch of coaching and i can now do neck rolls. All 3 coaches and ryan and the two insructors helped create a very favorable ratio of students to instructors which i believe helped the group move fast through information and understanding(not that they understood my british accent). To round up i found the seminar enlightening exciting and good value for money i know the week parts in my game and what to work towards next.I also believe that even if you dont plan on being an instructor this seminar will fill in more blanks about cst than you would believe possible also having the variety of coaches with different backgrounds to push you and they will not hesitate in pushing you safely. thanks go to vic for setting up the seminar and all the other coaches for there hard work and dedication they truly lead from front .I would love to post some photos but forgot to take my camera so i cant show you me swinging the challenge clubbell like a toy. http://www.rmaxinternational.com/forum/images/icons/icon12.gif
