I found a service that will help me with my knee! I see the doctor the 20th of this month and get my referal for the hospital! I should be on the road back to kettlebells, can clubbells before the end of summer! :D

Good luck with the knee surgery! I've been there too, but I healed REAL fast, and have been 100% for years. I hope you are as fortunate!

thanks for the support all :) As I understand it the surgeon is going to remove some ligaments from my hamstring and use them to rebuild the ones in my knee. I'm suppose to be taking it easy for about 4 months after that but I dont think I can stop myself from teaching for more than a month without going stir crazy so we will see. thanks again.
