Later this week I will be starting a Mill Density Cycle. My proposed plan is to work out this way:

Mondays
AM - WW Intermediate
PM - Bodyflow / GTB

Tuesdays
AM - WW Intermediate + Mill Density session
PM - Escrima

Wednesdays
AM - WW Intermediate
PM - Bodyflow / GTB

Thursdays
AM - WW Intermediate + Mill Density session
PM - Escrima / Swing Dancing

Fridays
AM - WW Intermediate
PM - Bodyflow / GTB / Mill Density session (if working Saturday)

Saturdays
AM - WW Intermediate, + MMA if not working
PM - OFF

Sundays
AM - WW Intermediate + Mill Density session (or just fun Clubbell session)
PM - MMA

How does this sound? Any suggestions? I'm trying hard not to cocktail, and to give myself enough recovery time to avoid injury.

I'm trying hard not to cocktail, and to give myself enough recovery time to avoid injury. Jason,
It sounds like your intuition cautions you. Especially as your Density cycle's rest periods compress, you'll need more thorough recovery time. Be thorough with your Warrior Wellness, add Prime Your Bioenergy if you would prefer, but drop out the Body-Flow work. Take the Body-Flow exercise selection and program that as a subsequent cycle to give your Clubbell training a needed rest (especially when you're concurrently practicing escrima and swing dance.) Intensify, focus and you'll produce greater results with fewer potential injuries.
