Hi everyone,

I have slight shoulder injury, sometimes it clicks a bit when I move it. I'm not quite sure how I got it, I think either from pull ups or kettlebell clean and presses.

I did a workout today and when doing the clean and presses, I couldnt do as many as usual on my right arm, and could do more on my left (im right handed).

I already do one shoulder exercise from Intu- flow, the one where you hold your shoulder and then swing it in slow circles.

This isnt a serious injury but if I ignore it, it will obviously get worse. If I do all of the Intu flow shoulder exercises should it go away? I will do the whole thing eventually but thought i'd start with this (as well as some of the knee exercises)

I will stop clean and pressing until it goes away too, or use a lighter KB.

Have you had it checked yet by a medical professional?

Do you go to the ROM where the shoulder clicks in the Intu-flow arm circles?

You can try this:
Break down the circles to cardinal straight lines first. Stopping at the range just before the shoulder clicks, in all the directions. Then following up with circles. Start the circles small then increase the diameter, just before the shoulder clicks. Over time the range should increase.

What Jeanne said!

Check in with a medical professional, and then we will know if you are dealing with something we can help with.
