Hi everyone,
I have slight shoulder injury, sometimes it clicks a bit when I move it. I'm not quite sure how I got it, I think either from pull ups or kettlebell clean and presses.
I did a workout today and when doing the clean and presses, I couldnt do as many as usual on my right arm, and could do more on my left (im right handed).
I already do one shoulder exercise from Intu- flow, the one where you hold your shoulder and then swing it in slow circles.
This isnt a serious injury but if I ignore it, it will obviously get worse. If I do all of the Intu flow shoulder exercises should it go away? I will do the whole thing eventually but thought i'd start with this (as well as some of the knee exercises)
I will stop clean and pressing until it goes away too, or use a lighter KB.
