Hello to all. Iīm 29, portuguese, and have been seriously involved in martial arts (free-fighting and BJJ) and strenght training for the last 5 years.

Noticed this forum from a link on another forum, and since I purchased coach Sonnonīs Body Flow book a couple of weeks ago, decided to check it out.

I mainly strenght train from my home, with a barbell, a dumbell and a keg, but am always looking for new ways, particularly since I train MA 5/6 days a week, and have been struggling with time to train strenght - my quest is to find ways of doing the least strenght training possible with the greatest results possible ( 8) ), except for one or two 4 weeks specialization cycles in the year. Another possibility is to include calisthenic strenght training in the beginning of MA practice. Anyway, integration or potentiation of the minimum. Iīm sure I can learn a lot from all posters here.
