Hi everyone,
I am starting Intu- flow today and I have a quick question about it. Should I do a warm up before I start it? Just like we do before any physical training.

there is no need to warm up first take your time and listen to the cues coach gives you intu flow delivers massive gains when practiced daily

How long will it be til I notice the gains?
Also, I made a thread b4 about my Osgoodschlatters, how much improvement on that should I expect?

Start today. Feel the benefit today. It even gets better believe it or not.
Then do it again tomorrow.

Just to be clear, Intuflow is designed as a warm up. It should not feel like training. If you are feeling worked out after your Intuflow session you are overdoing it.

Intu-flow is your warm up.

Isnt it a bit too long to be a warm up? It took me about an hour, surely it will be quicker as I keep doing it but still quite a long time.
I was planning on doing the whole Intu- flow beginner system twice a week, but not as a warm up. I cannot do that as a warm up as it takes too long (for BJJ classes).
I will implement some exercises in my warm up though, is that okay?
My joints feel amazing today, after one session! I have had knee pain since last week from BJJ and it has virtually gone, as well as the shoulder injury I got from pull ups and clean and presses.
Intu- flow = the real deal!

once you have the movements down it gets a lot faster i tend to take around 12 mins to complete on a general day and twice or three times a week i go a lot slower and really go through the movements at around 30 min try and do the program daily and the benifits really start to shine through

I just did IF beginner (the mobility, not the spinal rocks and stuff like that) in about 5 minutes with slow, smooth reps. As you improve, so will the time it takes for you to complete the program.
Until you get the hang of it, incorporate what you can into your warmup. I'd suggest trying to still follow the order in the DVD, even if you are cutting some of the movements out.

As you go up the sophistication, when you combine the circles to figure-8s, infinities and clovers, it would take less time. Don't rush it though.
