like to do a full body double-d program can think of one exercise that hits all body parts clean squat press need help thinking of another exercise?
also designing the program. have 2 -16,24,32. have just order cbs for next dd program.

It's a good idea to have a copy of the Clubbell Training for Circular Strength (http://www.circularstrengthmag.com/cborder.html) video or book (the same title) in order to learn how to perform exercises.

been working out with kbs for 8 months can clean/jerk 2-24lbs 86 reps,and clean 24lbs for 78 reps. i have lost 80plus lbs with the help of mahler and pavels train programs. have also used scrappers mod 1. started powerlifting at 15 got my bench up to 415, squat 550, and deadlift 535. got married had a baby stoped going to the gym and then fat. my goals are for hypertrophy but would like to be more cut with this type of functional training. would like to get to 6-7 percent bodyfat.
i made a type-o 24kg insteaded of 24lbs
