I'm going to assume that you posted it to get some "notes". If not just disregard the following.
First off, not to bad. Flexibility and range of motion - good, you've obviously worked on it.
Second, what will help your practice drastically is to perform the movements not as a collection of positions to "reach" but as a constant "process". What i'm referring to is that you take a relaxed approach - which a lot of people do. When working through Forest or any Prasara movement, there is nothing passive. Every second of every movement is a process. Every inch you move - important. You're not moving into a position and relaxing, your moving into and out of the various postions - working the whole time.
For example:
When you get into the shinbox position on theground, your flexibility and range of motion is pretty good so you're able to relax there. Don't. Instead, lift from the crown and try to press both sit bones flat to the ground. LIft with the crown and keep the back straight. Think about elongating the spine and pushing the skull upward towards the sky. Feel the connection from your sits bones, up through your spine and continuing up through the top of your head.
In the standing portion, where you bring your foot to your head. Don't collapse your frame to achieve the goal of foot to head. Keep lifting from the crown and extending the spine bend only as far as you are able keeping perfect structure. It will be less 'impressive" in the sense that you won't be getting the job done of getting your foot to your head but you will get much more out of it.
Keep those things in mind and extrapolate those ideas to every movement and every position.
