Thanks Scott for your welcome.

We have a small group happening here in Brisbane who get together at least once a week for several hours to train quality into our busy work and home schedules. Scott's material is first class and we are enjoying integrating his concepts in with our other training stuff.

Mike, welcome to the Tribe! I only made it as far North as Byron Bay, but I hope one day to visit Brisbane. I look forward to your insights and progress reports here at CST Forums.

Be careful holding parallel interests with Bob. If you read his "Bodyflow as Sport" thread, you'll find it can be hazardous to your health. :P
