Hi, i can do 3-4 round non stop of Forward pressure level I°
After 3 round i stopped for 1 or 2 minute and i repeat for 3 times total (9 round total).

I'm feel better, pumped and my flow is great.

The day after i feel the Doms in the triceps and in my shoulders, but less in my pectoral.

I want to engage more my chest (pectoral muscle) rather than my shoulder.

What should i do for engage my pectoral during Forward pressure??

Thank's

Just my opinion, but Forward Pressure is more about the movements than it is about any specific muscle or muscle group.

If your form is good, and the flow is good, then rock on! (and don't worry about anything else.)

As sakinny said, its about the movements and the flow that it works. CST isn't about working any particular muscle group but about working the body as a unit.

Forward Pressure works with the front line in the pressing (surging) movement. That being the case your weakest links are going to be the ones that show up first with discomfort.... so for you it seems to be your triceps and shoulders.

Make sure you are also doing the compensations after your session and also the next day would be good too.
Also check to make sure you are engaging the body as a unit when pressing and not just doing some kind of pushup.
