To CST training Instructors,

My name is Geeorge Foster. I recently purchased a set of 15lb Club Bells an looking for a training program.
A little about myself. I'm 56 years old. i just retired on May 1st as a Police Officer. I'm 6-0" tall and weigh 195 lbs. Ive have been training in Martial arts for over 30 years. The last 5 years I've been training in BJJ.
I have also been a Police Defensive Tactics instructor and taught Pressure Point Tactics at the Police Academy for 15 years.
I have trained with weights since I was about 20yrs old.I've also been training with Kettle Bells for a bout a year.
I'm looking for a program that would help built cardo and over all strength.
Any help would be appricated.I have the CST vedio tape, the CST basic manual and have recently ordered the OCST manual. I have been going over the basic movements from the tape. Now I would like to have an actual training program to work from.
